Jason helped us sell our condo in Spring 2017:
Our situation was a little complicated as we were in two minds whether to sell the property or extend the lease for the existing tenant. Jason coached us on the right time to list as well as the pricing strategy. Jason did a comprehensive research and made data driven suggestions to help arrive at an optimal listing price.
Jason promptly found us an all cash buyer. Though, the buyer wanted to close a month before our tenant's lease officially ended. Jason negotiated an early termination agreement with the tenant and brokered a deal where the seller agreed to pay for early termination. The entire process was seamless and I never even had to talk my tenant!
Jason further took care of the move out cleaning and minor repairs on the property. All I had to do was sign a few documents and wait to get the money in the bank!
Jason helped us buy a single family home in Summer 2017:
After selling our condo, we were immediately in the market for buying a single family home. We didn't even know what we wanted and started looking all over the place. Jason and team were promptly available for the showings even at a last minute request. We looked at scores of houses all in Redmond, Kirkland, Bellevue and even Sammamish.
We were impressed by Jason's honesty and integrity. Jason helped us avoid tempting bad deals and desperate overbidding wars, all the way bearing with us till we figured what we actually wanted. In the end, Jason orchestrated a great deal where we bought a great home, in coveted Marymoor Hill neighborhood at significantly below the asking price! Imagine that in a crazy sellers' market.. could you believe that?
Going above and beyond, Jason even tried contesting a lower than expected appraisal. Jason even went out of the way to help us with remodeling recommendations and facilitated visits by contractors even before the house officially closed.
